I qualified as a Complementary Therapist in 2005. My first job as a therapist was in a spa in Cornwall. I returned to Scotland in 2007, becoming self-employed and working from the Natural Healing Clinic in Bridge of Allan. I stayed there until September 2009, also freelancing at Gleneagles Spa. I also took part in several promotional well-being events in the South of England for Pantene during this time.

In 2009 I started studying Nutritional Medicine through the Australian College of Natural Therapies, which I completed in Spring of 2012. From that process I gained my training in Bach Flower and Bush Flower remedies.

I moved back to Edinburgh in January 2009 and worked from Neal’s Yard Remedies, where I worked until June 2012. In April 2009 I qualified in Indian Head Massage, which allowed me to offer seated, clothed massage anywhere, taking my skills to events and festivals such as T in The Park and Glastonbury.

In October 2011 I was thrilled to be able to complete the certification training in The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy and also the Advanced Pregnancy course in Colorado.

I feel very privileged to love what I do for a living and I believe that's reflected in my personal & professional life. The well-being of others, and of myself, is the driving force behind what I do. I really thrive on cultivating and implementing new skills, and improving those I already have so that I can better help the people who come to see me.
